  • Sedan – Cynthia Ann Webb, age 52, of Sedan, Kansas passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at her home in Sedan.

    She was born on July 27, 1967 in Boston, Massachusetts to Sydney and Annete (Marino) White.  She graduated from high school in Boston, Massachusetts.

    Cynthia lived in Chautauqua County for 20 years and also lived in Texas for a few years.  She recently had lived in Sedan the past four years.

    Cynthia worked as a dietary aide at the Pleasant Valley Manor for three years.

    She enjoyed animals, horseback riding, fishing, going to flea markets, and she also enjoyed camping.

    Cynthia is survived by her companion, Rodney Coward of Sedan, Kansas; four children, Rose Marie Finno of Boston, Massachusetts, Monique Rene White of Fredericksburg, Iowa, Peter Joseph Finno Jr. of Boston, Massachusetts, and Jared Allen White of Niotaze, Kansas; one brother, Donald Rabchenuck and wife Laura of Middleburg, Florida; 8 grandchildren and many other family and friends.

    She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Charles Rabchenuck.

    Cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will take place at a later date at the Riley Cemetery east of Sedan.

    Rest in peace Cindy now you no longer in pain kill fly like a butterfly be free of pain God bless your family I love your kids they're all precious you look beautiful woman now you going to be a butterfly my heart goes out to your family and your kids they love you Mom they always will I didn't know you very well I know what the kids told me love you so I feel like I've known you for a while I know them through their father so you go be free rest in peace no more pain God bless you♥️


    I met her at PVM. She always had something to say and missed her when she had to stop working. I had recently made contact with her again and she sounded like she was doing great. So sorry. I hope she is no longer suffering.


    I have missed you for a very long time. Rest in Peace little sister. Love You


    Rest in peace Cynthia I will hold our childhood memories in my heart forever. I know you are with your mom, dad nd brother in heaven. May you be at peace in their loving arms. I will miss talking to you. Love you 💔C
