  • Sedan – Patricia A. Revard, age 80, of Rural Sedan, Kansas passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 at the Pleasant Valley Manor in Sedan.

    Pat was born on March 18, 1938 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Clyde M. Rickman and Leta (Watts) Rickman.  Pat attended school in Bartlesville.

    In 1953 she married Henry D. Waller, Jr. and they later divorced.  After living together since 1967, she and Chetopa E. Revard married on October 23, 2004 in Elgin, Kansas. He preceded her in death on November 15, 2009.

    Pat worked for many years as a Nurse’s Aide at the Sedan City Hospital in Sedan until her retirement.

    Pat enjoyed quilting, gardening, flowers, and canning; she especially loved her grandchildren and her family.

    Pat is survived by two daughters; Diana L. Maples of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Deborah Kirchner of rural Sedan, Kansas; two sons, Duane Waller of Pawhuska, Oklahoma and David M. Waller of Sedan, Kansas;  Special Daughters, Amy Waller and O’Leta Viles; 9 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.

    She was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Rickman, her husband Chetopa E. Revard, and her parents.

    Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Graveside Service will be held at a later date.

    Ms. Pat was such an amazing lady. I was "one of the girls" as she always said. She instantly made you feel like family. I loved hearing her stories of when she was young, raising babies and making family memories. Thank you for letting me help care for her, it was my honor and a pleasure to of known her.

    Prayers to all the family, Pat was such a wonderful lady, and her fun, and laugh were so contagious, she will be missed, I know. Love to all.
