I only knew Chris for about 7 months from my time at At Western Feed Mill, although the time was brief it was one I will remember for a lifetime. He was one person you always wanted to he around, no matter how the day was going, no matter the stress, Chris was always capable of making someone have a good laugh. He will be missed beyond measure and remembered forever, and will always have a spot in my heart as one of the best people and best friends a person could ever have. I am grateful that I got the chance to meet and know him, rip Chris, we will never forget you.

I'm sorry for the tragic loss. Chris always had a smile and hello greeting when we saw each other. We lost a good man and the Lord gained one. It is going to be very trying times. Many questions (why). Having gone thru the loss of my first wife at the age of 31. I also had two young boys to raise. My thought and prayers are with all of you.

So sorry for your loss. I hadn't seen "Woodsy" that's what we called him, in over 20 years, but I have so many fond memories of him as a funny little NDN boy running amuck around the Fort. #RestInPeace #FortApache #Woodsy
